Master Code is code number contains 6 digit. Master Code will be asked to create after you login in FasaPay for the first time. Master Code is needed when you want to change your FasaPay account data. This is to prevent data changes by unauthorized persons.
Attention!! We do not provide Master Code Reset service. So please, remember your master code.
Your Master Code Setting can be found in menu : Profile > Security Center.
You want an additional security when you login? We provide PIN Setting features. If you activate this feature, a PIN will be asked when you're going to login. You can choose to send PIN to your email, mobile, or both. You also can choose to set PIN login when you are login in web/sci/mobile.
Your PIN setting can be found in menu : Profile > PIN Setting. There is also an additional option, Different IP only , so PIN will be asked only when detect a different IP than usual access.
Besides PIN on Login, you can activate PIN transactions too. There 3 option in PIN on Login : PIN on Top Up, PIN on Redeem and PIN on Transfer. You can choose to send PIN to your email, mobile, or both. Or create your own PIN (PIN static).
Pin on Transaction setting can be found in : Profile > PIN on Transaction. To activate this feature, you can click the slider become ON. Or click the slider become OFF, to inactive this feature.
